What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Can I arrive late?

Office closes 7.30pm, on Sunday's office closes 7pm. Check-in after these times by ARRANGEMENT ONLY.

Do you have off street parking?

Yes, there are enough parking spaces for one vehicle per unit. If you have more than one vehicle please let reception know.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at The Goulburn Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, we are an easy 10 mins walking distance to most restaurants, clubs and hotels in town.

Do you have room service?

Breakfast menus are available from reception. A continental breakfast consisting of juice, cereal and bread can be placed in your room at night, enabling guests to have breakfast at their own convenience.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we have free WiFi.

How close are you to the shops?

Only one block from CBD, most shops easy 10 mins flat walk. Shops include Woolies, Coles, Aldi, K-mart, just to name a few.

How close are you to restaurants?

Most restaurants are walking distance, Thai, Italian, Subway, and Worker's, Soldier's and Bowling clubs.

Do you have Foxtel?

No, only free to air, flat screen TV’s.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
